More information on Sunday Life Drawing
The day will include fast warm ups, slightly longer poses and one long pose. Whereas my usual drop ins include looking at one aspect of drawing each time (which can be very varied and include materials, mark making, measuring, balance, the head and face and many many other things) this day will be more relaxed and I will just provide one to one help (which can include some of the above if you wish). Some people may prefer that I leave them alone to work unhindered.
I will need to keep the room warm for the model so you might like to wear layers so you can keep cool.
Don't forget your lunch. There is a Co-op further down the road but I am not sure how long it would take to walk to. Reception by the front door do sell tea, coffee, cold drinks and sweets and I will expect to break morning and afternoon for a short time.
I will bring all the things I have at my normal classes - A2 boards and paper (coloured and white) and drawing materials. However you may have things you wish to bring - better quality materials and paper, for example, and you might have an easel you want to bring.
Please be aware that although it is great to spray your drawings to preserve them some people (including me) have allergies so I would ask you do any spraying out of the room and not where we will walk through it.
Should be a good day! See you Sunday.
